Program Overview:

The program explores the problem solving processes used within organizations and why it is critical for the long term health of organizations that they develop standardized processes for solving problems. These processes must include the proper classification of problems and ways to collaborate when dealing with each type.

Participants will also learn how culture, technology, and leadership play a vital role in solving problems and taking organizations to higher levels of performance.
