Duration:

Normally a 7 day exercise. The duration depends on the organization’s readiness in terms of decision making and information availability.

Program Overview:

The strategic review is a facilitated session in which a team comes together to make decisions about their organization’s future. The facilitator guides the team through a process to help explore the organization and it’s environment, it’s capabilities and realities, and its potential and aspirations.

The facilitator will draw upon the industry expertise and experience within the organization and help develop a shared strategy, mission, vision, values, and implementation plan. Participants will also explore how they will effectively communicate the strategy to the rest of the organization, develop buy-in on implementation, and monitor progress.

The program equips participants to become facilitators of the strategy development and implementation process. They will take back the tools, techniques, and processes to immediately apply and use within their organization.

Participants will learn to draw upon the industry expertise and experience within their organization and help develop a shared strategy, mission, vision, values, and implementation plan. They will also learn to develop buy-in, effectively communicate the strategy, and monitor the implementation.

Leadership Advantage Program

Duration & Program Flow:

9 days spread over a year and divided into four 2 day modules and four 2 hour learning transfer sessions. The four modules take place in January, April, July, and October respectively.

Program Overview:
