Normally a 7 day exercise. The duration depends on the organization’s readiness in terms of decision making and information availability.

Program Overview:

The strategic review is a facilitated session in which a team comes together to make decisions about their organization’s future. The facilitator will draw upon the industry expertise and experience within the organization and help develop a shared strategy, mission, vision, values, and implementation plan. Participants will also explore how they will effectively communicate the strategy to the rest of the organization, develop buy-in on implementation, and monitor progress.
